Meet the Team

Matthew Orlando, DMD

Dr. Matthew Orlando grew up in Newburyport, Massachusetts and graduated from Xavier University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with honors. He was a member of the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree magna cum laude from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2019. He was awarded the Dr. Richard Forcucci Alumni Award, an award given to a graduating student who exemplifies joy for life, commitment to family, compassionate patient care and the dental profession.

Dr. Orlando completed a GPR Residency at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, IL where he gained advanced training in general dentistry. He gained experience treating patients with head and neck cancers and complex medical histories as well as completed dental rehabilitations for special needs patients in the operating room. He is committed to listening to his patients’ dental needs and providing the best experience in their dental journey.

He is currently a member of the Cincinnati Dental Society, Ohio Dental Society, American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He is actively involved in continuing education, completing numerous courses at Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona in comprehensive treatment planning. In his free time, he enjoys training for marathons (participating in six to date), traveling, spending time with friends and family and golf. He also has had the opportunity to serve on several mission trips in Kenya, Guatemala and the Bahamas, providing dental education and dental care to various underserved populations. Outside of the office Dr. Orlando also enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling with his fiance Jessica and their two children. He and his fiancé are excited to be a part of the West Side community.
