If you’ve been putting off getting back to the dentist, don’t procrastinate any longer. The staff at Dr. Wachendorf’s office are all friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They are great at their particular jobs and will explain things along the way. If you have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, you will be put at ease during your first visit. Don’t put it off any longer!

As always my experience was great! Brittany is outstanding and very caring. She has helped me with the improvement of my gums and overall oral hygiene. Saw Dr Wachendorf for my checkup and he also is looking out for your wellbeing. If anyone is looking for new dental care, I highly recommend this practice!

I especially appreciate the professional treatment that I receive from the dentist and staff at the Wachendorf office. Dr Wachendorf and Mellisa did a fantastic job with new teeth for my mouth. They were extremely experienced in providing me with new teeth that made me proud to smile and the teeth look great. My six month service is done by Brandy and she does a wonderful job taking care of me. It is always a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned.

Unfortunately, I cracked a tooth during the worst time of the year, the Christmas holidays. I was concerned that I would not be able to have the tooth repaired prior to some holiday travel that I had planned. However, Dr. Wachendorf was able to fit me into his schedule and repaired the tooth. I've been a customer of his for years and he has always exceeded my expectations. Simply put, he's the best!

Dr. Wachendorf came to the rescue. I called him on his day off for my husband who had an abscessed tooth. He told me to take him to the ER then follow up with him on Monday. On Tuesday my husband went to see him and had X-rays and sure enough the abscess showed up. He was given a referral to an oral surgeon. Thank you!

Every appointment and phone call I make to this office, the entire staff is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Wachendorf and every hygienist I’ve ever had here are very thorough and do a great job. (Not always easy to find in my opinion). They make you feel comfortable the whole visit. They also keep to the appointment times, I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room very long. I have moved away from the west side but still make the almost hour drive because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Wonderful staff, professional atmosphere, and prompt service. I've been going to Wakendorf Dental Group for a few years now and I've always had a pleasant experience (cleaning and one filling). The administrative staff are informative and professional in both making appointments and answering questions. My hygienist Brandy is always such a pleasure to see and to get to know. Her critical attention to detail during cleanings is very appreciated and admired, and her charm is extraordinary. Dr. Wakendorf is quick, thorough, and has the experience and knowledge to supply an answer to every question. Thanks for the dedicated care!

I've been seeing Dr. Wachendorf since he opened his practice many years ago, and cannot say enough amazing things about his work and everyone in the office. They're all so caring and sincere. I live 40 minutes away from his location but will never trust anyone else with my dental needs. I love how he's always current with new technological advances in dentistry. I highly recommend Dr. Wachendorf and all of his staff!

I have never had a dental experience like this before. They took pictures and X-rays. Then took me into a conference room with a large screen and we reviewed the findings and he made the recommendations and plan of care. His staff is just as amazing as he is too. They have worked for years together as a team and it shows!

The best dentist office in the city. I always the dentist but their office and people who are awesome and after 2 visits my fear was gone, good atmosphere and from the desktop the chair they take care of you. Hygienist -wonderful, and the sweet lady who preps and helps you get ready for dentist and helped decide what would be best for me, and is with you from planning to filling,they don't just drill and fill , between her and the doc they do the best work,not just fix a cavity everyone has talent and are exceptionally good at there jobs.my teeth were in bad shape and now they look so good. I wish I went to him when I was younger. Dentistry is an art in some ways and the dentist is crazy good, after two visits I was a changed man. the before and after pics were incredible,my only regret was not going sooner.best dentist office in the City. You will not be disappointed if you change dentists.

I believe I found a Dentist who listens to me and he was up front what I can do with my teeth without any pressure whatsoever! The entire staff are very professional and goes beyond my expectations! Doctor Wachendorf and his staff are the best. Moving from the west side into KY did not stop our family from keeping them as our dental provider. Even as of right now living in Georgia I am continuing with more treatments that are on going with my orthodontist and doctor Wachendorfs office. They are just the best at what the do. Going to be hard to find an equivalent in Georgia.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Wachendorf and was highly impressed by the level of attention and considerable time that he took to complete a thorough evaluation and to discuss my dental needs and preventative measures that can be taken when I’m ready to proceed. All of the staff are extremely personable, including Dr. Wachendorf. There was no immediate pressure to begin extensive dental work right now, but the information that he provided was invaluable. I have always gone to the dentist my entire life and have never been to one who was willing to take this kind of time to get to know me and to gain an understanding of what I want and expect from my dental care. It was very much appreciated. My family and I certainly plan to be his patients for as long as he is in practice!

Hands down the best dentist in Cincinnati! The dental work, the staff and above all the quality of care is the best I've ever had. If you are like me and was not happy with your old dentist call the office and make an appointment. You will not be disappointed. I can honestly say they've changed my life. Every one in this group is great! From the front desk to the hygienist, to Dr. Wachendorf and his assistant! Dr. Wachendorf is absolutely wonderful and knows what he is doing. All the equipment in the office is up-to-date. The office is extremely clean. This is the most thorough dentist I have ever been to. You will not be disappointed at all. You will know this is the dentist for you because he is the best!!

I had my first crown procedure and I of course was nervous because I was afraid of something being put in my mouth to hold it open. I’ve always had this issue as I feel like I am going to choke. Well, Melissa and Dr. Wachendorf were very patient with me and used something that was much smaller and I was able to control my nerves in a few minutes. Thank you both again!!

Everyone at the office is so sweet and treat my daughter and I so nicely. Everyone always have a pleasant attitude. I absolutely love how we were treated during our cleaning and exam. The main thing that I love is how everyone talks to us normally and not with a attitude or in terms that I don't understand.

My experience is always very professional from the moment I walk into your office until I Leave. I have great respect for DR Wachendorf and his team. Not only just respect but confidence, and that is very important to me. Please be safe and maintain the very professional and cheerful atmosphere in your office. Dr Wachendorf and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very accommodating to make sure I was comfortable. They were very informative and took great care to make sure I understood every step of the process. This was my first visit to Dr. Wachendorf's office. Honestly the best doctor I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Stephen Wachendorf is very personable, honest, down to Earth dentist/doctor I have been to. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Broke down everything to where I can understand what is going on with my teeth/mouth and is willing to help me go through everything that I am going through with my situation. I would recommend him and his team to absolutely anyone. Very ethical and doesn't believe in unnecessary procedures just to get a buck. After the exam/check up was over they pull you aside in a different room and go over EVERYTHING with you with visuals which was honestly great. Helped me understand what was going on and what the problems were. They are the absolutely best!

I am always welcomed when I walk in the door for my appointment. If I have a tooth that needs to be fixed, it’s clearly explained why something needs to be done. Questions are always answered. Since changing to Dr. Wachendorf, I am no longer terrified to go to the dentist. I’ve always recommended this practice if someone is looking for a dentist.

Dr. Wachendorf and his team are the best in Cincinnati. Many of my friends and family that go to him also say his work is amazing. He takes pride in his work and does a superb job. Fantastic first visit. Dr. W was terrific in reviewing my existing dental evaluation needs were clearly discussed as well as options moving forward. Most impressive was the detailed examination and sit down evaluation with review of images in an office, not dental chair, setting. Very professional and very thorough. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Fantastic first visit. Very detailed, very through. What I appreciated most is the sit down evaluation in an office room with large monitor of my dental images. Dr W provided a professional evaluation answering all my questions and explaining the options. Being an engineer, my questions were very technical and Dr W was happy to discuss pro / cons of dental theory and changes in methods over time. Highly highly recommended.

They do a fantastic job. I have periodontal issues and my hygentist always goes the xtra mile to keep my mouth healthy. Dr. Wachendorf and his entire staff are awesome. They really do care about your oral health. They keep up on all the newest dental technology and procedures. The office is very clean, the receptionists are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have seen Dr Wachendorf for years!! The Doctors is wonderful . The staff Is very knowledgeable and professional, from the moment you walk in the door , the front deskt that greets you and knows your name to the dental hygienist it their experience . Dr. Wachendorf is a really good dentist. I have been a client of his since day one. I cannot have novacaine and he did a root canal on me and never hurt me one time. He also fixed a cracked tooth that he found out the reason it chipped off and fixed it. If you are looking for a dentist check him out. You will not be sorry.

MY FAMILY HAS BEEN PATIENTS AT STEVE'S FOR 30 YEARS. I CURRENTLY LIVE IN LOVELAND OHIO WHICH IS ABOUT A 70 MILE ROUND TRIP. BESIDES THE PROFESSIONALISM IN THE DENTAL FIELD THEIR STAFF IS ABOVE ALL THE BEST. MY WIFE PASSED AWAY 7 YEARS AGAIN AND STEVE STILL HAS HER PICTURE IN HIS OFFICE. THIS IS DEFINITELY A FAMILY PRACTICE AND A PRACTICE FOR FAMILIES.

I went to Dr. Wachendorf after many years of not seeing him. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I was told what was going to happen and had all my results and options explained to me in detail. Dr. Wachendorf is very conscientious and does what is best for the patient not his wallet. Wachendorf Dental is second to none. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and always accommodating to my sometimes difficult schedule. No matter if you’re speaking to them on the phone or in person each team member is on a first name basis with you. With a Comfortable atmosphere, no visit feels like just a “dentist appointment”, my kids actually look forward to going to their visits and I’m relaxed because I know we are all receiving the best care. I had a very positive experience. I needed to get work done to fix the damage Immediadent had done to me (faulty fillings, filing my tooth away, etc.) I had been very nervous coming to the dentist to have fillings redone because of how horrific my experience was at Immediadent. But it was actually a smooth process and not scary and I was out in an hour. I also trust the work Dr. Wachendorf did because he is professional. His staff is very friendly and helped me feel less anxious.

Dr. Stephen Wachendorf is a class A act. Top of the line service, state of the art equipment, up to date service procedures etc. The staff OMG! fantastic!! I should have mentioned them first! From the minute you walk in the door-the girls at the front desk to the Dental Hygienist. I have never been to a dentist or doctors office where EVERYONE is so customer service oriented . Everyone was definitely hand picked by Dr. Wachendorf. Thank you for the wonderful service!!

I have been going to Dr. Wachendorf since he took over the practice years ago. I trust him with the dental care of my entire family which is the greatest compliment I can give him. You will always get an honest opinion from Steve. Top notch staff simply rounds out the entire experience. Simply put they are all there for you and your family and will do what is best.

I've been seeing Dr. Wachendorf for 29 years now and he's the best dentist around!!! I could never say enough about how great my experience with him has been! He's a perfectionist and I wouldn't want anything less in a dentist! His entire team is wonderful and my entire family sees him now....our family dentist!!!

I haven't been going here that long, but I'm glad I'm there. My hygienist is truly amazing and is so patient and very caring. I get a little nervous when going to the dentist. She has done wonders for my gums and teeth. I am in need of some work and hopefully I can start that next year some time with Dr. Wachendorf. I would highly recommend them.

I always enjoy my visit to Dr. Wachendorf, it's like seeing family again. He is professional, caring, and keeps up with 'what's new' but doesn't just jump on anything until he researches it and what benefit it has to his patients. The Staff is always polite and helpful, always caring and treats us like we are top priority. I always recommend Dr. Wachendorf when a friend or family member is scared to death of getting a root-canal. I've had three over the years and I almost fell asleep each time. This is the place to go if you want good work done and a comfortable atmosphere, Folks!!!

Always a wonderful experience. My hygenist Brandy does an AMAZING job. The entire office staff and Dr. Steve himself are super-friendly and always provide a top notch experience. Steve also provides some of the most up to date dentistry techniques available so you know you are getting the best care available. I have trusted my teeth with this group for 30 + years and have no intentions of ever going elsewhere.

My appointments are always great! Brittney and Dr. Wachendorf give great advice when it comes to my teeth. When I'm there, they make me feel like I'm their only patient. If a day comes when I don't live in Cincinnati, I would schedule my appointments for when I'd be visiting. I recommend Dr. Wachendorf to all my family and friends near and far.

As usual my visit was great. I always look forward to my regular cleanings (or other needed procedures) and maintenance with Dr. Wachendorf and his wonderful staff. They sort of become 'family' in their care for me and in the detailed information I am given about my teeth. I have total confidence in his skills, knowledge, and efforts to learn everything he can about modern dentistry. I respect his judgement in that he never will 'jump on the bandwagon' of new technology unless it's tried, proven and he believes in it for his patients. I truly like having my personal Hygienist as she is EXCELLENT in her skills and care for me and I am 100% comfortable in her care. It's a great experience.
